Japanese company Fintech Global Incorporated (FGI) has selected to work with Deeptale on the Moomin Valley theme park set to open in 2019 outside Tokyo. A large number of VR/AR/MR companies participated in a bid to propose ways of using new technology to delight visitors of the forthcoming Moomin Valley Park. Deeptale’s creative concept Moomin Reflections has been announced as the winner.
The first Moomin theme park outside Finland, will open at Lake Miyazawa in 2019. The surroundings of the lake remind a lot of Finland where Tove Jansson lived and created the Moomins.
In the Moominvally Park visitors will get to know the Moomins and their friends and make wonderful new discoveries – Moomin House, the lighthouse and bathing hut that appear in the original stories, and several attractions going through the world of Moomins. The park will convey the charm of Moomin stories, and creative imagination of their author, Tove Jansson.
According to FGI, Deeptale’s innovative concept Moomin reflections was very novel and fits easily into the current park design. FGI is looking forward to perfecting the idea with Deeptale and incorporating it into the park.
